To be considered for Federal Pell Grant*, university-based scholarhips*, and any loans, you must complete the following two forms by April 1st for annual swards (Fall, Spring, Summer)

Students with incomplete applications will not be awarded.
Accelerated students enrolled in summer need to fill out a Summer Application in addition to the forms above.
*Accelerated students do not qualify for a Pell Grant and any University-based Scholarships.
However, you are still required to complete the forms above to qualify for any student loans.
Loans
All loan questions need to be directed to the main financial aid office. If you are offered a Stafford or Perkins loan, you must accept the loan and then complete the Loan Counseling at this site: http://sa.utah.edu/finance/FA/loan

In addition to Stafford & Perkins, students can request a Nursing Loan (up to $2500.00).
If you request a Nursing Loan, you will be required to do a Verification Form.

Award Amount: $1500.00 based on merit and financial need.
