Funding Opportunities for Graduate Students

Overview

The College of Nursing is able to offer several types of funding opportunities to our Nursing and Gerontology graduate students. Nursing and Gerontology graduate students are encouraged to apply for applicable funding opportunities through the College of Nursing annually. However, we often have more qualified applicants than available awards or GA/TA/RA positions. Applicants should always identify alternate funding plans, such as loans or other financial resources, to cover the cost of attendance.

The links below provide information regarding current College of Nursing funding opportunities and application information, as well as many other sources of funding for graduate students.

Please note: these websites are not meant to be an exhaustive list of available funding opportunities. Graduate students are strongly encouraged to investigate other sources of funding in addition to those listed. Additionally, it is recommended that students regularly check the CoN website, the University-issued email and if applicable, virtual advising in Canvas for additional funding opportunities and application updates.
